BI Analyst and Report Developer
As the BI Analyst and Report Developer contractor I was responsible for the extraction, presentation and analysis of health care information (CORHIO Health Information Exchange - HL7 data) to support business needs. This includes developing new solutions along with design, maintenance and modification of new and existing databases and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) dashboards and reports. As the BI Analyst and Report Developer I worked in collaboration with senior officers and key stake holders to gather requirements and determine the needs for future projects including reporting, data warehousing and analytics.

  • Design, develop, test and implement an HL7 database schema for storing parsed HL7 messages via MIRTH connect.
  • Designed and developed a T-SQL based generic Alert Notification System capable of notifying key personnel via email or SMS.
